Our latest stable release contains bug fixes, especially removing a showstopper appearant in the previous 1.1.1 release, which caused problems in a Windows installation of Mindquarry Server. Mindquarry 1.1.2 also ships with minor feature enhancements. Find more details in the Changelog. You can download Mindquarry 1.1.2 for free.
Please tell us about it and submit a case study.
You can now watch a screencast of Mindquarry, highlighting the main features such as file sharing, Wiki, tasks management and the activity timeline. Up-to-now, the screencast has more than 1000 views already.
We also set up a Mindquarry YouTube channel where we plan to publish more videos. We also welcome videos from our community about Mindquarry and will be happy to add it to the channel. BTW: You can subscribe to the channel to automatically stay informed about new videos.
Mindquarry is getting more and more attention by the blogosphere. For example, DownloadSquad wrote a piece Collaborating Online with Mindquarry. DownloadSquad is one of the 100 most popular Weblogs on this planet. On del.icio.us, we maintain a list of all blog coverage about Mindquarry.
Lars Trieloff, COO and Co-founder and Sandro Groganz, VP Marketing, jointly published an article entitled High Performance Collaboration with Mindquarry. The article spawned a fruitful discussion in the Mindquarry Forum about "freefrom collaboration" and "emerging collaboration patterns", triggered by community member Dmitri Popov. This discussion inspired Lars to create some slides and a blog entry on What is Freeform Collaboration?
That's it for today's issue of Mindquarry Community Newsletter and we hope you enjoyed yourself. See you in the Mindquarry universe!
