Lars is one of the initial founders of Mindquarry and the COO. He studied at Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, Germany where he received an MSc in Software Systems Engineering.

Lars is one of the initial founders of Mindquarry and the COO. He studied at Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, Germany where he completed his MSc in Software Systems Engineering in April 2006.

In 2005 Lars wrote a book DocBook-XML in which he created one of the first practical guides in German, which explains step by step how to use DocBook effectively.

While writing this book he realized that a gap exists in the software collaboration market outside the developers world. The idea for Mindquarry was born: Create a user interface for proven collaboration tools to make them accessible for normal users. Due to his universal interests in programming as well as marketing, he became the COO of the company.

Lars enjoys blogging, sushi and his family, but of course in the reverse order. He's married and has two fabulous sons.
