We have deployed Mindquarry in our production environment and put it in use. The windows client has been installed on 15 machines. We have 10 remote offices. Currently, we are using Mindquarry for yearly budgets collaboration where we needed a tool for file sharing with edit history. It is very nice to be able to open previous versions in Mindquarry. This is our business workflow: Accounting initially sets up a budget spreadsheet for each office, then uploads it to the site. Then the office managers edit the document and fill it out with their own information. Accounting then compiles the information together.

We are a Latin American project with people working in 6 different countries. Everybody is also doing a lot of travel in these countries. So a good collaboration tool to keep everybody up to date and to provide access to shared files is a must. The thing that really got us is the Mindquarry Wiki. It is so much more comfortable than most other Wiki software any of us has ever used! The initial deployment of Mindquarry on our own server required some effort but everything worked just fine after that. We are looking foreward to make use of the talk module of the upcoming release - we are hoping it will help to organize our daily flood of e-mails and give us a central point for archival storage.

We are 5-7 developers (variable over time due to diploma/master theses) creating a software for analysing wiki-based information spaces. The objective is to investigate the different development stages of a Wiki and therefore to recommend depending on each stage appropriate knowledge management activities. We are currently using all Mindquarry components except for the Wiki because we already have a Wiki with about 500 pages.
