Are your prices per month or per user?

You will pay the same flat monthly price no matter how many persons will use your account.

How safe is my data?

We will regularly back up all team content of your Mindquarry GO account. In case of emergency, we will recover your data fully. We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You will be able to cancel your subscription any time. We do not provide refunds for the bills you pay every 30 days.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

You will be able to upgrade from within your Mindquarry GO account's user interface any time as soon as we offer various Mindquarry GO packages. Downgrades will not be possible until further notice.

How can I see the remaining storage space?

A status bar will indicate the usage of storage space.

How does versioning affect my storage space?

Mindquarry GO stores older versions of your content so that you do not lose any information. Older versions also consume storage space of your Mindquarry GO account.
