Potsdam, Germany, August 30, 2006 - Mindquarry, a spin-off of the Hasso-Plattner Institute, secures a seed founding from Hasso Plattner Ventures. The seed Investment is mainly used to support the company establishment and the development of the first product release.

The company will be located at the Hasso Platter High-tech Park, on the area of the Potsdam University campus. Mindquarry: "Mind" & "Quarry" stands for the ability to develop new resources for knowledge workers who are using Mindquarry tools. The Mindquarry Collaboration Server is a set of well proven professional collaboration tools made easy to be usable for everyone. That enables you to streamline your work and become more efficient, productive and creative.
