Right now, Jack is working on a calculation for a huge industrial plant in South Europe. On a frequent basis he receives requirement changes updated by the field agent. These requirement changes require large amounts of recalculation. In the past, Jack would have had to create backup versions to revert to if an error had to occur. But since his company is running Mindquarry, Jack no longer needs to create backup copies any more - the document management area does it for him. He now saves himself 5 minutes.
